Working closely with Director Dale Andree, we transformed this nation-wide simultaneous site-specific dance event into a fully digital performance within a month in response to COVID-19 restrictions. Working with all performers to acclimate them to Zoom and the live-streaming process, I provided ongoing technical support and guidance. Additionally, I developed the digital marketing strategy and branding for the event. Hundreds of dancers participated on their own accounts from their living rooms, bathrooms, and backyards.
Key Results: 3.5k users tuned in to NWD projects livestream, 200+ dancers participated from across the country, 2k+ profile visits and 250 link clicks from profile on Instagram the week of the performance, 36% follower increase in the 2 weeks leading up to event---driven exclusively through our organic strategy.
